This map pulls live data directly from the U.S. Alternative Fuels Data Center (AFDC), the federal government’s official database of charging infrastructure, so you’re always seeing current station locations, network operators, and connector types. Use it to plan a trip, scout stations near your destination, or simply find the nearest charger when you need one.
What you’ll see on the map
Each station listing includes the network operator, such as Tesla Supercharger, Electrify America, EVgo, or ChargePoint, along with the connector types available and the charging level offered at that location. Since most 2025 and newer EVs use the NACS connector, and most fast-charging networks now support it either natively or through an adapter, connector compatibility matters less than it used to, but it’s still worth checking before you rely on an unfamiliar station. Planning a longer trip
For road trips, look for DC Fast Charging stations along your route rather than Level 2, since a fast charger can add well over 100 miles of range in the time it takes for a meal break, while Level 2 is built for overnight charging rather than a quick stop.
