$1352/year in Santa Clara County, CA. I carry the lowest deductable ($250) and the highest liability that my insurance carrier (AAA) allows. I have one driver and one car, my Model S, in my household.
This is very similar to my previous car. I also could reduce my premimum by selecting a higher deductable.

I have a 2013 Tesla S85 Performance, loaded. My annual premium, in NJ, is $855, through Plymouth Rock Assurance. 500k CSL, $250k PIP, $10k Medical, $500k UI/UI, $500 deducitble for comprehensive and collision.
This is $30/year cheaper than my 2013 M3 Convertible, $38/year more expensive than my 2013 CTS-v Wagon, $52/year cheaper than my 2013 Sierra pickup, and $15/cheaper than my wifes 2013 Enclave, all with same coverages.
