Levels between 0% and 10% are generally avoided, due to worries (whether well-founded or unfounded) about battery deterioration.
Levels between 10% and 50% are great when starting to charge because the battery will accept energy at rapid rates (power levels).
Levels 90% and above while charging do not allow rapid rates, so if you already have plenty of range and you don't want to waste too much time waiting around, then stop charging at 90% or 95%. You can then reduce speeds to increase range as needed.
Charging to 100%, although it is slow, so far does not appear to cause the battery to deteriorate more rapidly, even with daily home charging.
